Booking Conditions
All groups require a booking when visiting the Gallery. This includes paid and free events.
Bookings must be made a minimum of four weeks ahead of the excursion date.
After completing the booking enquiry form, our Learning Coordinator will contact you at their earliest convenience to discuss the details of your booking. A confirmation of your booking will be emailed to you within seven working days of the Learning Coordinator initially contacting you.
Changes to numbers, dates and times can be made (subject to availability) up to seven working days prior to your booking and must be submitted in writing to gallery.learn@penrith.city.
If you have booked a paid program, an invoice will be emailed to your school the day prior to your excursion. All paid events will incur a $5 booking fee as stipulated on the online booking form.
In the event you wish to cancel your booking, seven working days’ notice is required, otherwise the cost of your excursion will be charged in full.

Professional Development for Teachers
The Gallery offers tailored workshops for early childhood, primary and secondary educators focused around our exhibitions and collection. These sessions incorporate activities to build visual literacy and artmaking skills with students, and can be offered at the Gallery or your school.
