In these Terms and Conditions, a reference to the Company is to Penrith Performing & Visual Arts Ltd trading as Penrith Regional Gallery, Joan Sutherland Performing Arts Centre, Penrith Conservatorium and the Q Theatre ABN 97 003 605 089. A reference to the Venue is to the premises and/or venue to which a ticket relates. A reference to a ticket includes bookings for workshops and programs.
