Window Stories is an ongoing project by Penrith Performing & Visual Arts (PP&VA) where artists working in photography, are commissioned to bring the inside out and to share community stories with the passing public in a large format photographic showcase on the The Joan’s windows.
This curated series will refresh every three months and will be anchored by Gallery programs or site-based themes.
The first of this series, Outside the Stadium, saw photographer Lyndal Irons capture the excitement of Panthers fans as they prepared for the 2020 NRL Grand Final.
Look out for the second exhibition as part of this series, My Penrith led by artist, Garry Trinh, which opens on 21 December 2021.
