Penrith Performing & Visual Arts is looking for an exceptional leader to join its team.
The Director, Visual Arts, based at Penrith Regional Gallery, Home of The Lewers Bequest in Emu Plains leads a small team of specialist staff and works closely with peers in marketing, operations, theatre and music, based remotely or at the Joan Sutherland Performing Arts Centre.
The successful candidate will be a people person with established networks and an ability to support the team, extending current plans and programs in line with the PP&VA strategic vision to be a dynamic force in the creative evolution of the Penrith region.
If you understand collection management, heritage considerations as well as contemporary practice, have a desire to make a difference in a rapidly changing environment, and are driven by outcomes and community impact rather than dollars – then we may be a good fit for your skills.

Salary range $98,931 to $100,648 plus super.
