NOISE – An Exhibition of New Music

This exhibition is a combined discipline exhibition which pushes the definition of ‘soundscape as art’ to include new musical compositions. A select group of internationally renowned musicians were invited into the Gallery Collection to create an original composition or improvisation inspired by their chosen artwork. Artists include Jim White (Dirty Three) & George Xylouris – Tom Ellard (Severed Heads) – Jack Ladder – Io Echo – Eddie Muliaumaseali’I – Kirin J. Callinan & Daniel Stricker (Midnight Juggernauts) – Castratii – Tim McPhee and Matthew Doyle.
