21st Century Beginnings The Corrigan Collection of Aboriginal Art

Large scale paintings of Aboriginal artists working in the Northern Territory, Western Australia and northern Queensland from the private collection of collector and arts benefactor Patrick Corrigan AM. The exhibition features recent paintings created in the first decade of the 21st Century, by thirty-four Aboriginal artists from different regions. The exhibition represents a synthesis between traditional narratives and contemporary art practice.
